Secure By Default

Here at blackcatsupport we understand the importance of deploying new services and maintaining current ones securely, its why we follow security best practices to ensure we're adding additional layers of security when adding services, not poking holes that leaves you and your organisation insecure and a legitimate target for Cyber Criminals.

We are thorough through all our services to ensure we're delivery the best quality of service and that security is a default, without question.

Our multi layer approach follows very basic but key concepts to hardening a system and network, first we implement policies so users and connections can only perform certain actions and keep within there field of permissions, second we follow least priviledge access ensuring no user, device or connection has more permissions than they are meant to perform there role, third we do rigorous audits and even act as an "attacker" or "hacker" ourselves, penetration testing systems for any weaknesses, and on the off chance we discover one - we patch immediately, it follows the philosophy that sometimes to beat the enemy, you must first think like one.

We work with different technologies to create secure digital environments including Microsoft, Cisco, Proxmox, Kali Linux and many more.
